Peanut butter
I had it it a few times, but it stalled me. I did keep a few Power Crunch peanut butter bars for emergencies, but they wouldn't trigger me and I used them very sparingly.
For me, peanut butter is a very rare treat. I think I will remain that in maintenance because I dearly love it. Too much so.

Be careful with peanut butter. The common brands you see on the shelf are loaded with sugar. What you want is the natural stuff you need to stir the oil back into. Better yet go to whole foods or your local health food store and grind it yourself so that you know all it has in it is peanuts. Do not get the honey roasted kind. You should be good to eat it as soon as you get to soft foods. Good protein, good fats. Don't hit it a lot though once or twice a week at most.
I also get almond butter when I go to whole foods. I grind both myself at the store so I know its fresh.
The other thing about the popular brands is that very often they are not made of all peanuts either. They are a blend of peanuts and soynuts.
the problem with P2B is that they add salt and sugar back in. From what I have read peanut flour is almost the same thing but without the salt and sugar added back in. You would have to verify that with the packaging. Also P2B is not organic if that is your thing.
