Silly question: did you ladies wear a bra under your gown in hospital?

No clothes allowed under the gown preop.  Postop I had incisions right where the band of my bra would have rested.  Nooooooooooo, thank you.  Let 'em bounce and didn't care.

Except for sleeping and occasionally flopping about the house before I get dressed in the morning, I assure you I am not a lady who goes braless EVER. I let the girls fly free in the hospital. I wasn't walking fast enough for too much bounceage. And don't laugh remember if I wore panties or not. I don't think so... but I honestly don't remember.

Be free! Bounce away! :)

Nope, the girls were just flapping in the wind.

On the serious side, you are hooked up to monitors before and after that don't allow a bra to be worn. Also, I have an incision that is right in my bra line, so now I don't wear one unless I leave the house. I am only 1 week post op so really haven't gone out much.

Nope.  Had to take it off in the pre-op holding area and strip down naked before putting on the gown.  And trust me, after surgery, you are not going to care if the girls are jiggling or not!

No bra for me until I left the hospital. I did pull on some capri yoga pants under my gown for my walks.

I didn't even wear a bra home from the hospital...I brought a black t-shirt to wear home.  I also had an incision at the bra line which wouldn't have been very comfortable to wear a bra.

I didn't wear a bra at the hospital but wasn't comfortable being so floppy under the gown. I brought a fleece shawl I bought at Kohls on clearance to use as a robe when I was out of the bed. It worked great when I had to walk the halls with the IV pole and was a great extra layer as a blanket in bed.
