B:  1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese

L:  1  package Buddig turkey (90 cal, 10g protein) 1/2 cup cottage cheese

D:  vegetarian tacos 1/4 cup meatless crumble 1/4 cup refried beans

S:  1/2 quest bar

E:  unfortunately on crutches and told no weight bearing, so trying to eat really well to make up for it.

vits and water are good!

  I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!

B: Fresh raspberries

S: Mocha iced coffee protein shake

L: Pineapple Chobani

S: Clif bar

D: Turkey hotdog sans buns, garden salad

S: Eh, not sure. Kind of low on cals for the day, so I'll have something. 

Liquids: Behind. 

Vits: Half done. Will finish when I get home. 

Exercise: Had to cancel the gym tonight to help gather items for my daughter's camping trip. Wal-Mart, with 3 children in tow, should count for some sort of exercise, I'm sure of it.

B: I cup Fage 0 with Splenda, 1 slice WW bread

L: 2 oz. lowfat salami, 1/2 peach and 1/2 nectarine, 1 slice WW bread

S: Tomato and Lettuce salad with mayonnaise dressing (1 T. mayo, a little lemon juice, and water), 1 oz. whole grain crackers

D: 3/4 C. Homemade chili (heavy on meat and tomatoes), corn muffin

S: Under 200 calories

My day is swell!!

FYI PG I worked for a hot dentist for 15 years and we had "jeans" Fridays. I had patients who would only come in on a Friday so they could see his ass in Jeans!! It was so fun.

 

My day is a "shake" up I am having a protein shake every 3 hrs till dinner then a salad. Gonna try this for a week(one day at a time) to see if it resets me. Uhg.

S: 2oz deli turkey
L: turkey chili
S: cheese stick and then about an hour later a tablespoon of PB-bad! but sooo good
D: going out w/ friends but it will be a protein and no bread or carb side dish. I'll try to make it no alcohol too!

vits: all done
water: made my goal but still drinking
exercise: recumbent bike

D pork chop, tiny bit of sweet corn, probably cucumber

 

Vites yes, fluids struggling today but will get there, exercise no, carbs good, protein 80 , calories good

I have been not wanting my snacks lately, but if i quit eating them, calories will be too low   ugh

B: 2 T. refried beans w 1 T. shredded cheddar cheese & a dash of hot sauce

L: 3 T. nonfat cottage cheese

D: 3 T. tiny canned shrimp pureed with a little chipotle dressing

Snacks: 2 chocolate premier protein drinks

Fluids: on track

Vitamins: on track

Exercise: Just got cleared for exercise and am kicking things off with 20 minutes of low impact aerobics this morning and walking the dog for 20 minutes tonight.

I'm still on puree phase if you couldn't tell
