L: 1 package Buddig turkey (90 cal, 10g protein) 1/2 cup cottage cheese
D: vegetarian tacos 1/4 cup meatless crumble 1/4 cup refried beans
S: 1/2 quest bar
E: unfortunately on crutches and told no weight bearing, so trying to eat really well to make up for it.

S: Eh, not sure. Kind of low on cals for the day, so I'll have something.
Liquids: Behind.
Vits: Half done. Will finish when I get home.
Exercise: Had to cancel the gym tonight to help gather items for my daughter's camping trip. Wal-Mart, with 3 children in tow, should count for some sort of exercise, I'm sure of it.
B: I cup Fage 0 with Splenda, 1 slice WW bread
L: 2 oz. lowfat salami, 1/2 peach and 1/2 nectarine, 1 slice WW bread
S: Tomato and Lettuce salad with mayonnaise dressing (1 T. mayo, a little lemon juice, and water), 1 oz. whole grain crackers
D: 3/4 C. Homemade chili (heavy on meat and tomatoes), corn muffin
S: Under 200 calories
My day is swell!!
FYI PG I worked for a hot dentist for 15 years and we had "jeans" Fridays. I had patients who would only come in on a Friday so they could see his ass in Jeans!! It was so fun.
My day is a "shake" up I am having a protein shake every 3 hrs till dinner then a salad. Gonna try this for a week(one day at a time) to see if it resets me. Uhg.

Vites yes, fluids struggling today but will get there, exercise no, carbs good, protein 80 , calories good
I have been not wanting my snacks lately, but if i quit eating them, calories will be too low ugh

Exercise: Just got cleared for exercise and am kicking things off with 20 minutes of low impact aerobics this morning and walking the dog for 20 minutes tonight.
