I did it!  I lost 130lbs!  that was my "dream goal" when I started this.  Now I realize that I could easily go another 10 more ****il I bulk up that muscle and the number wont matter to me anymore!)  YAY!

Congratulations girl! 130 lb since Sept is quite impressive. You make me look like a slacker! I am so happy for you.

Oh stop!   You're perfect just the way you are!

but honestly, I am actually in the process of becoming a Certified Wellness Coach with a focus on WLS.  I took everything so seriously that this is my life now and I want to help others.  I'm kind of crazy obsessed with nutrition and fitness now.

Congrats! That's a huge deal.

If I may, what happens to your ink when you shrink? We all know what happens when you gain. Does it get more defined?

My tattoos have gotten much smaller!  But in a good way, the lines are no longer stretched and they are so much brighter!  I can easily see some flaws in the fine lines now that I couldn't see before, but that's because I see them every day.  I didn't realize how much my forearms shrunk! LOL

You look like an entirely different person!  Amazing!  Looks like your skin snapped back really well, looks like you don't even need plastics - congrats!

Thank you!  I was lucky when it came to my arms and legs, but my tummy and breasts are pretty saggy.  I'm considering plastics for them, but not going to even explore that option for another year.

You look awesome.  It's great that you are taking your weight loss experience and paying it forward by becoming a wellness coach (I can't remember exactly what you said!).  Awesome!
