At one of my darkest times Frisco pointed me toward you as someone who had had a long slow journey and it helped me tremendously. 

When I wanted to give up because clearly it wasn't shifting no matter how compliant I was I'd remember you and just think slow and steady.  You just moved on with doing the right thing, trusting it was all gonna work out. 

Thank you for that because that was one of the hardest things, to keep going with no reward.  Thank you.  We can't all be hare's I guess, there is such a thing as the turtle clan.

I loved reading your post!!! Mainly because I still have my lapband and like you know where all the bathrooms are because I never know if my band will let me eat! I'm excited to have true restriction and not just obstruction. Should be scheduling my revision surgery within the month!
