Wish me luck and keep me in prays I'm scarred. I had thoughts of all that could go wrong. I think something's trying to scare me out of getting the surgery. I hate pain but I know the reward will out weight the short term pain. Prayers would be nice.

Praying for you Joy.   I know you will be fine.   The pain is totally worth it.   Think of the weight that you are going to loose.   That is a good exchange right.....a little pain.....exchanged for loosing unwanted weight and getting healthy.   You will be in my thoughts and prayers today.    Ask God to remove the fear from you and replace it with total joy of the bright future that awaits you.

Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian

GOD GRANT ME THE SERENITY TO ACCEPT THE THINGS I CAN NOT CHANGE;   COURAGE TO CHANGE THE THINGS THAT I CAN;  AND THE WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE !!!!    THIS IS MY DAILY PRAYER.

I will hold you in my prayers.  You'll do great. pain meds are really good these days, and you may have very little pain, as I did.  You will be fine.

It won't be long and we'll be sharing success stories!

I'm not really the praying kind, but take heart in your surgeon's long training, experience, and confidence. I'm excited for you; I can't wait until it's my turn!
