You look AMAZING! You make me excited to go buy cute clothes!

And I'm not sure how much the esteem of strangers means, but I wouldn't worry about your arms too much. You're wearing tank tops in those after photos and you look FABULOUS. It's your body, do what you want. I think you look BEAUTIFUL just the way you are.

Amazing!  Congrats!

May I ask a question about your leak- how soon after the surgery was it discovered?  Did you have excruciating pain?

Hi madly - my sleeve was not discovered until 4 weeks after my surgery.  I was still on mainly full liquids/purees, but starting really soft solids.  I had just eaten a couple bites of a nice soft turkey burger and felt like it got stuck, even though I had chewed the ever loving bejezus out of it.  I called the clinic the next day and they had me try some at home remedies for trying to get food "unstuck."  It didn't work - I still had this strange feeling in my chest.  So the next day they sent me in for a CT and it was inconclusive.  So they kept me overnight for observation.  The barium test the following morning showed a teeny tiny leak.  Puzzled all the docs.  Incredibly rare.  Don't worry yourself about it if you can help it :-)
