What's Your Workout Today VSGers? -Tornado Tuesday!
Thats what they called it today at Orange Theory. It was all out 1 min treadmill, followed by 1 min all out rower, followed by 1 min body weight exercises in the weight room. 9 rounds. Exercises included push-up, Burpees, squats, planks, plank jacks, step downs, bench hop overs, bench dips, SBT Rows. I'm gonna be tired all day.

Mission accomplished!
I did it. I survived my first Spin Class last night. I hurt in all the wrong places but I did it!!! I can not wait to fit into my bike shorts so I can get a bit more padding in those special places.
Tonight I have upper body and core with my PT and 30 mins of elliptical.
