Great news!!! I just got the call that I am booked for surgery on 9/3!!! I'm so relieved & happy!! The np called herself & apologized for how stressful this part was,& that she understood how it wasn't right about other people starting the same time as me, but not even ready, have dates. I thanked her very much for helping me & she was very understanding how I might feel frustrated.

Thank you again everyone for the support you gave a total stranger!! I feel like I have a great online support system already!! 

Yup. It can be frustrating and sometimes we just need to be heard. We hear you and I'm sure the surgeons office did too. I think it's especially hard to be patient after making such a big decision. Waiting is agonizing for sure, but it will all be worth it.
