OH, I just smiled and LOVED the "legs" picture! It just amazes me, too, how there is separation and space now , there.- and, WOW, your skin looks fantastic. TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
I follow my surgeon's plan, meet regularly with his awesome registered dietician, go to support group meetings, and try to exercise often. I do classes at my gym (trx, spin, body pump (group weight lifting), tabata, body flow (yoga/pilates), body combat (cardio kickboxing)--whatever fits into my schedule), and if I get there and there's not a class at that time I do a circuit of weight machines I set up with one of the trainers. I also am training for a 5K in Sept. so try to run 3x/week (sometimes I do that in place of a class). So, I guess the answer is I do a variety of exercise based on what fits into my day, and I try to do it 5-6 times/week but some weeks are better than others.
