E - Workout #1 complete Chest and Shoulders 645 calories burned, closed out with 40 burpees. Workout #2 planning to do some ab work later and running 3+ miles tonight after the sun goes down. Its humid as hell today though so its gonna be brutal.

So, my NUT is suspecting I am getting to much sodium and it's causing me to retain water so I tracked it all last week thanks to MFP!
Although my sodium was not crazy, I saw lots of areas to reduce my sodium so that is my goal this week. So I have revamped my menu a bit.
#1 Goal reduce my sodium by 50%
#2 goal, add 15 min (for a total of 45) on to my cardio after weight training.
I have 10 days until my final appt before surgery. Sunday I hit my weight goal but I want to kill that number so there is now doubt when I walk in there that I am qualifying for surgery!
B - protein shake.
S - 2 poached eggs (No salt just a little pepper) with very little cheddar cheese.
L - home cooked chicken (no sodium seasoning)and salad
S - Talipia or carb master yogurt

D - home cooked chicken with spaghetti squash

I hate to sound like a cliche, but I really, really dislike Mondays. Sorry, I feel like a negative-Nelly today.
B: 1 fresh canolli from a local bakery (don't hate, I tore about half the pastry shell off)
S: Coffee
L: Chicken breast w/ pasta sauce and a fresh diced tomato
S: Coffee, later a lime flavored Oikos GY
D: A protein shake if I can remember to stop by the store after work and grab some milk. I do not feel like cooking tonight. My kids gets are getting reheated leftovers.
S: Soup or a GY
Liquids: Just a lot of coffee and a little bit of water thus far. I'll catch up.
Vits: Will take when I get home.
Exercise: Ugh. Mondays are normally my first of 3 weekly gym days, but after my first job ends at 4 today I have a meeting for my second job I have to run to and then sports registrations for my kids. I hate changing my routine. Screws my week all up. So I'll have to go Tues,Wed,Thurs. this week.
breakfast: 1/2 cup greek yogurt
snack: 1/2 cup cottage cheese
lunch: 1/2 avacado mixed with 3 ounces of canned chicken--I only ate 2/3 of it.
snack: I brought some stewed peaches I made, but not sure if I'll be hungry for it
dinner...that's up in the air...I have some salmon I need to make, but have left over homemade cream of chicken/celery/carrot/potato soup (made chicken soup, blended it, then added milk) and the family is eating some apple and pork dish I made yesterday. I may roast some sweet potato in the oven, too as a side. up in the air.
snack: don't know...i have fruit, but I need the protein and I probably won't be hungry. maybe V8 juice.
B: Meatballs with alfredo sauce and swiss cheese and pan-fried cabbage
L: chicken lazone without the cream sauce and mashed cauliflower
D: cabbage and ground beef casserole (yum)
Snack: Chicken broth with protein powder
Vitamins - done
Water - 4 out of 6
Exercise - recumbent bike, as always

X: I've had a horrible sinus infection, so haven't worked out for the past 2 days...but I think I'll try and at least walk tonight. Have a dr's appt too.
