So I know this sounds really weird... And I can't put together why this may be happening... So thought I would ask some of you guys. Lately I have noticed that when I am eating and I begin to get that... Ugh.. I don't want to eat anymore feeling... I always sneeze? It is really bad when I have eaten too fast or taken too big of bites. As my throat is closing in and my chest feels like someone is sitting on it... I am sneezing? Totally weird I know... But has anyone else had this problem?

I was told that those are signals (sneezing, yawning, sniffling ) that you are done- quit eating. Full. To continue might be asking for uncomfortable feelings, to say the least. My signal is the yawn.

I start burping when I have had enough. At the first burp, I stop eating.

Runny nose for me! How weird this is. Never had that with my lapband. I get that runny nose thing only after 4 oz. of a protein shake or cream soup. Still can't get over it!

Sneezing, runny nose, burping is kind of a "soft full"------------------> Eating to much.

Eat fix/measured amounts of food that is "under" your sleeve capacity..........

Eating till full is for amateurs and how we got fat and very hard to keep an accurate nutritional accounting.

Eating to fast, to big of bites or to dry of food cause this also....... wetter moister food is better.

Small bites over 20 minutes. Eating slow and slower as you go....... "Civilized"

Now..... don't even think I'm perfect at this..... I've had every one of these reactions including the foamies and every time I think I have it down..... reality sets in...... and I'm sneezing or something....

Pretty interesting how the body works, huh?  My signal is one single hiccup.  Usually I stop before that signal.

Mine is the runny nose but I've noticed out of the blue I get a runny nose too. Not even when I'm eating. That didn't happen before surgery.
