Thanks Keith. I love to be active and I actually do cross fit and hike in the Colorado Rockies (where I live). I have always been active to include lifting weights since I was in high school (many years ago LOL) so I'm hoping this will help me. Even at my current weight I'm pretty active and I love challenges and pushing myself to see what I can achieve. I love reading your post. Thanks so much for the information and encouragement.
