Hey Lizanne,

Acup races were exciting to say the least !!! Sounds like your hubs was right in there.... hope it stays in San Fran.

Team Oracle facility is near my studio. We know the skipper guy, Jimmy Spithill. He let's my godson train with them at their gym when he is in town with me.

Here is a pic of my friend Randy and I with Jimmy.

Not AT ALL messed up. You totally deserve to be at the top of YOUR game, producing pics that many who have never been obese only aspire to. You belong in that picture with the world class guys.

And, also, just saying:   a) yes, you are looking thin and terrific AND b) gotta agree with Elina, LOVE the boots too enlightened...

Thank you for your post.  I just saved your food blog to my "favorites" so I can refer to it when I am on a full diet (still mushy now) .  When browsing your blog, I couldn't find anything like your post above, and I LOVED it and wish I could save it to refer back to  - Does anyone know how to do this?   I like the no nonsense approach and the acknowledgement that carbs can be a slippery slope.  I m only at the beginning, but I sure as hell want to get to the finish line.  I already have worried about sleeve stretching due to my ability to eat larger amounts of pureed foods than expected.  I don't want to ruin it for my future and never thought of eating "less" (well that is how I got here in the first place LOL)

You are amazing.

Eileen

Congrats on 4 yrs!  You are such an inspiration for many of us and we certainly appreciate that you stick around on here to help out.  Your food blog is awesome and I've made quite a few of your recipes.  They never look like yours do in your amazing photos but they do taste good!

Congratulations and thank you for the mentoring and "free advice" that's given with valid and proven testimonials-you are the real deal! As I almost reach my first anniversary and still pounds from the goal weight for my height (CW142; GW 135)   I needed this kind of reality check, advice and motivation to give me another kick!

These are the first days of the rest of my life. I feel like i have gone through a rebirth, with a second chance for a new life to live and a new me to treasure! I will remain on the losers bench for the rest of my  healthier life!
