Hello everyone! It has been a while since I posted, and I will be 2 years out next month, so why not add some before and after pics?!?! lets see, I maintain around 135 which is 99 lbs lost! I was down to 127 (my lowest) but when realtiy set in and I started to actually maintain, I stay around 135. I am loving my VSG! One of the best decisions I have ever made!! I can tell everyone, it can be a mind game...some days, you see yourself as a good looking little thing and others u see yourself being a fat again! Also, u CAN gain your weight back! I know a number of people who have this same surgery...some who lost a ton of weight and put back on, and some who are 3-4 years out who never lost all their weight...it is up to u! It is not free for some, I know people are different, my body will gain with a lot of carbs, so I myself have to watch what I eat, while some others can eat whatever and not gain...just depends. But, some think u CAN NOT gain back and this is false! This is a forever deal---work is involved and once your honeymoon phase is over, reality will set in and u will have to work just to maintain! I have added some before and after pics below...feel free to ask me anything! I am an open book! My stats are also below as well :)    HW 234   Lowest weight 127   Maintain around 135   Pants size from 18/20 to a 5/6    shirts size from XXXL to s/m    *** I also wanted to gloat for my hubs as well since he had VSG 07/31/12 and maintains around 90 lbs lost. I have included a couple before and after pics of him as well since he doesnt have his own page yet,,,,his stats are below as well.    HW 315 SW 305 Current weight maintains around 225 Pants size 44 to 32/34  Shirt size from XXXL to XL                          ******Below are before and after pics of the hubs*************************
