My second stall

Well this is my second stall since my surgery. Today is day 12 with no change. I'm not discouraged this time, I'm just allowing my body to do what it must. I'm staying on track and keeping my focus! The weight will fall off when my body is ready to let go. Im still in a size 16 pants but they are getting looser. I started in a 20 pants and XL shirt, down to 16 pants, large top! I'm down 28 pounds and I'm 7 1/2 weeks out. I am just so thankful for my sleeve!!!

Girl, I just came out of my first stall. Such an annoyance! I learned the hard way that protein is KEY to breaking the pesky stall. Best of luck dear! 28 pounds in under 2 months is AWESOME! Remember the days when that kind of success felt like a mountain to climb... in flip flops... made of barbed wire!?? The sleeve has got your back!

Chrissy you are so right! I've never lost so quickly! I'm rocking my flip flops too. Lol

I don't get concerned about the stalls anymore. They come and definitely go. Just keep going a step forward everyday. You are doing great.

I am on week 3 for a stall yikes it has been scary and i am eating popcorn at night with butter and brewers yeast it is delicious! Does anyone else eat popcorn? but I have been stressed I know thats part of it I am losing inch still and have re examined all I am doing writing down everything, increased water, getting food scale out again, listening to all this awesome advise thanks everyone for such great support I will post as soon as the stall changes I am feeling like it will be a good drop!
