It Has Come To My Attention...If you ARE NOT a fan of mine, please read this!
Well, FWIW, I cannot be categorized as a "fan" because I am simply someone who HATES formal exercise (always have, always will... even after I get my second knee replaced in a few weeks and am aeventually ABLE to be more active), and I am 6 years out and maintaining all of my weight loss without anything formal (just taking stairs instead of the elevator when my knees permit, parking in the back of the lot, walking the dog(s), etc.). Once I realized that your posts are all about exercise, though, I just stopped opening them. Simple.
i will say, though, that the sudden appearance of so MANY posts was a bit surprising. Several times over the last 6.5 years we have had people show up, post all over the place for a little while (either asking dozens of questions daily or being the world's foremost authority on WLS after a few months of living with their surgery) and then disappear just as suddenly as they reappeared, so that is why your sudden flurry of posts raised questions.
Obviously, lots of people are benefitting greatly from them, so carry on!

My dear Keith,
We have not met, we have not viewed or exchanged messages from eachother, but,...BUT we or I have certainly been accused of such gosh, I feel tired. Just want to say, in the short time I've gotten to know you, what you stand for, what your message is,....KEEP ON KEEPIN ON! You are an asset here, I know I appreciate someone who has been so very successful and is willing to share. Thanks Keith,....signed, (does this ring a bell?) the much maligned Charliepotatos
I replied to one of your posts earlier, but I forgot to say: You are the only poster who has ever gotten me to do stuff. A lot of people have posts that make me think "oh, I should look into that" or "that's a good idea," and sometimes I'll follow links in them and read stuff, but I don't really act on them. On the other hand, I've had some of your exercise challenge and beginners exercise posts make me actually get up and try them. No one else has ever gotten me out of the chair.
Keith, I don't always agree with you, and I often do not have time to read all you post, and sometimes even though the recipes seem delicious they don't fit in my food plan or would trigger crazy cravings for me personally, but I'd advise you to ignore the haters.
You post out of genuine concern and a desire to help others. People can read you or not. And, as you wisely point out, they can block you.
Do what you have time to do. (Dear LORD, man, HOW do you have TIME to do everything you do???)
Also, thank you for crack slaw. :)
