If You ARE a Fan of My Posts....please read THIS!
Keith, I appreciate your authenticity, as well as your humility. Plus, your information in all categories is helpful. This forum should be a take-it-or-leave it kind of thing - not a competition of who knows the most or does it most "correctly." Keep posting as long as you have the time and it helps YOU in your journey.
The truth is I mostly don't read these posts (although I read almost everything else you post, especially if it's a pertinent to your progress or state of mind). So, what? I am not your target audience, but there is nothing offensive or hurtful in your posts. They are part of your process, your journey and you need to post them just as much as others need to read them. Do your thing, do it your way. We are all smart enough to take what we need and leave the rest. Also, what I need to read on one day might be very different than what I need on another day. I have commented on your exercise post when my trainer kicks my butt and I need to commiserate. Who cares what others think about your posts, do what is right for you.
"C" I always have thought your beginning exercise was a good thing as many obese have never really been exercise regulars and gives them an opportunity to start without a gym membership and trainer route. Every WL plan includes some level of physical activities.
"E" Just like MsShell's long lasting Whattcha eatin threads. Promotes a form of accountability and exercise should be a part of every bodies day. Doesn't have to mean gym workouts or 5k runs. Getting out to walk the dog, hike a trail, ride your bicycle or my favorite, the Costco workout.
You and I clearly don't agree on a few things, but I think were on the same page in general. My only suggestion if you want these to really stick and you want the responsibility of the follow through. Make sure what you put out is "correct". Truthfully, some of the info you have put out has not been well thought out, accurate or pertinent to the WL audience..... and I would encourage you to stay away from anything that resembles "medical advice".
