Restriction of a large sleeve on a tall chic 2 years out
IDo you ave a large sleeve and worried it will not provide enough restriction to get you to goal, or keep you there? I am 2 years out, over 6 feet tall, and a large sleeve up into the 40's. Today for breakfast I has 1 egg, 2 ounces ham, half slice of toast, and maybe 1/4 cup potatoes- and I overate a bit to get that in. Glass of veggie juice and 1 cup of brussel spouts and carrot for dinner. Perfectly content. I am going to have to down a shake or two before bed to get my protein up, and will likely struggle getting that much down.
So no worries. Eat good choices, stick to dense protein and then veggies blah, blah, blah... and your restriction will be plenty to get you there. I have more days feeling like I wish my restriction was less than days where I wish I had a little more. Note though, carbs slide something fierce and after a couple of very high carb days you would almost think you never had surgery, but you can eat around any size sleeve. Be mindful. Be positive. Be gentle with yourself. Success will follow.

You survived what you thought would kill you. Now straighten your crown and go forward like the Queen you are!
Doesn't matter at this point what size you have, because the tool you have it the tool you work. Cajun, you can do this- healthy food choices, track and weigh, get your fluids in, exercise, and get to a support group. I am 100% convinced that my restriction is as good now as it was during my weight loss phase. It is just a matter of working the plan. Hang in there!
