The Food Smells so Good!

My son's girlfriend is in the kitchen cooking for her and my son and the food smells Soooo good! I just made my protien shake and came in my room and shut the door! Lol Day 6 on my pre op liquid diet!

Your almost there, after surgery it will get easier. 

Its so strange...for me the smell of food actually helps my cravings, its like through my nose my mind is eating lol. If I don't smell food all day that's when I start craving.

This trick helped me get through my pre-surgery liquid phase. Take some vicks salve and put a tiny bit under your nose. You can't smell anything but the vicks salve.
