I was in Southern Cal this last weekend (Anaheim 1 Supercross).....

My godson took me to a Vietnamese place in "Little Saigon"....... there specialty is Kobe Beef....(frickin kid knew I was paying)

This salad was so on point !!!!

Look for a future Cafe Frisco re-do !!!!

Sliced Kobe Beef on "Super Fresh" lettuce, spinach, mushrooms, cukes, cherry tomatoes......!!!!!!!

I ate about half...... you don't want know how much my godson ate !!!!
