I CHEATED!
I think salmon and spinach was the most healthy "cheat" I can think of. Don't beat yourself up. It won't hurt anything, and you still have a week to stick to the plan before surgery. Best of luck. You'll do great.

If it makes you feel any better, my doctor doesn't even require liquids until 2 days before surgery. i ate a normal low carb, high protein diet until 48 hours before surgery. So far, so good. I haven't died yet.
If you're gonna cheat, you did it right! I was flashing back to that pretzel craving you had last week! You are so focused on your goal, I have no doubt you are going to be successful on this journey! You're right, you could have ordered a cheeseburger, but you went high protein, low carb, low fat. Doesn't get better than that!
