Finally
Well I've been frustrated for weeks, and finally broke through my stall. I increased my protein and dropped 3 pounds this week. If your NUT tells you 60 grams is enough and you stall, do 80. I added protein shakes back into the mix. That's what it took to get me off of my plateau. Hopefully I can keep up this momentum. 51 pounds down. 75 to go!
