I Worked Out Today! Did You? - Tuesday
I did an hour long Orange Theory in a format they call a Tornado. They used to be 1 minute intervals, today was 2 minutes. So its 2 mins in the weight room, 2 mins on the treadmill, and 2 mins on the rower, except today was 30 of some body weight exercises before the row. Its crazy and frenzied and my muscles are still shaking from it and that was over 5 hours ago. Good workout.
