I did an hour long Orange Theory in a format they call a Tornado. They used to be 1 minute intervals, today was 2 minutes. So its 2 mins in the weight room, 2 mins on the treadmill, and 2 mins on the rower, except today was 30 of some body weight exercises before the row. Its crazy and frenzied and my muscles are still shaking from it and that was over 5 hours ago. Good workout.

Two (2) 60 minute workouts on the elliptical. Hoping to get a third one in later this evening!

3 hours of cardio? Wow. Be careful not to burn yourself out!!!

Back to back insane circuit training classes (1 hour each)... felt great but exhausted after!

  I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!
