HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Enjoy your big day!
I turned 53 in November and I feel better at my current age than I've felt in probably over 20 years. Age does not define you at all! People see how happy I am and tell me I look younger than my age. I have not shed my last 5.2 but possibly this is where God wants me to be. I feel like a million bucks and it sounds like you do too. "Jogging" for an hour on the elliptical is freakin' awesome and becoming strong is SUCH a great feeling. Keep it up and your fifties will be your best decade yet!

Happy Birthday Devon! I am so happy to have you as a friend. 50 is just a number. You have added years to your life with your surgery and your commitment to your health. Have a wonderful day and hope to see you soon. Give those darling puppies a hug for me.
