Whatever you do for your health and well-being you do for your children. They need a healthy mother who is active and feels good about herself. They need a role model that says "Do what you have to do to take care of yourself! You are worth it!".

Best of luck on the surgery...and oh, have things gotten better for me? YES. YES. YES....and YES!!!
