My surgeon clears it at the soft food phase after surgery which I just started today!  So I haven't tried it yet, but I officially can.

I agree.  PB2 in a chocolate protein shake is a little slice of heaven.  During my liquid phase, I would add a tbsp of ff/sf Jello banana cream pudding and mix the three together.  Bliss!

When you add it to your shakes do you just add the powder or do you make the peanut butter and then add it?

Put the shake and PB2 in a blender.   Add a couple of ice cubes.   Voila.

I'll let you know.....

Seriously:  High calories with low quantity, tasty but very calorie dense, not truly solid enough for maximum hunger control, you don't really need it for anything nutritionally speaking (there are better options on limited calories), it's really just for taste
