SO THICK!!  It's like drinking runny pudding.  And the flavor isn't that great either (I tried chocolate).  My friend on here is in trouble for recommending them!  ha!   I know we all have different tastes.  So, in fear, I ask for more recommendations for really high protein drinks/shakes.  Thanks!

Too funny - those are my favorite, probably because they ARE so thick!

They do need to be cold and shaken very well first.  Also as I have used them for 4 years, they do out date as noted and early if the stores don't handle well.  I just threw out two 3/4 cases as they went bad/lumpy.  They are they best I have found in the store.  If you had been made to use the WonderSlim/Medical Weight loss/BetterMD/ect shake for your liquid diet you would not think these are thick.

Since I have tried the Syntrax Nectar I really can't get into the Premier again.  I do still add them to coffee for a thinner protein coffee.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

I Like them I went through the company that says stop paying for protein drinks Insure Nutrition. My insurance is paying for them along with liquid vitamins and cream for stretch marks etc.. no cost to me at all. I got 4 cases a couple days ago.

I was put on egg white protein shakes after surgery because my new tummy didn't like whey protein. I really like them mostly because they are not thick I can't do thick. The maker is Jay Robb. You can get it on line or GNC/vitamin shop. I have only found the vanilla in the stores but I add things to it to give a different flavor. Hope this helps.

Pure protein is pretty good. There is a 35g one and iirc 23g.

Not nearly as thick as premier which I prefer. Premier also has great coupons.

Go to Nashua Nutrition and buy a bunch of samples that appeal to you. I drank the Premier shakes in the beginning and burned out FAST!  My husband has one a day and has been doing so since the summer of 2012 and just LOVES them...so let your friend off the hook. :)

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
