Made my first recipe from eggface blog
I tried one of her eggbites for dinner- yum! I made the breakfast one but without the mushrooms (not a fan.) I can tell my tummy is smaller because before I could have eaten a whole batch of those- quiche is one of my favorite things- but I ate 1 1/2 and I am very satisfied! Yay for restriction! I the diced tomatoes might have screwed with me a little- I liked the flavor they added but I think my tummy might not have liked the acidity- I might use less next time. But other than that, OMG so good! I would definitely recommend them- looking forward to trying more?
Eggbites are one of my favorite things. So many different varieties and so easy to make.

I've been meaning to try several of those recipes. Thanks for the rec.
When I was on pureed food, I really liked her ricotta bake. It was like lasagna without the noodles. Yum yum! :) I just used plain tomato sauce for the ricotta bake, because I didn't have any marinara sauce prepared and thawed. (I make my marinara sauce in the crock pot and freeze a bunch of it, and I was just not up to fooling around with thawing that little amount that was needed for that particular recipe.)
I haven't had a huge problem with acidic food except for Crystal Light lemonade, which is a shame because I really like the taste of it, but it gives me heartburn.
I was going to make a batch today for the week. I am trying to decide which ones...I also want to try one of the mini meatloaf recipes. Again it's hard to decide which ones. I am stocking my freezer, it's easier for me since I cook for my family most nights and often I am making things for them that I am not eating.
I wish the nutrition information was available on her site.
