Thanks. I've been struggling for over a year already and I think I finally hit my breaking point.  I'm just damn lucky that the damage wasn't worse!

Frisco, I have no idea how to pm you, but I would love to hear what you have to say on this subject...and or what to try.

Fran, sorry to hijack your post :)

Congrats on the weight loss and WELL DONE getting back on track before you'd had a huge regain!  Cheering you all the way back to goal.

Thank you for your post.  I took it to heart and recognize the intensity of it.  I was trying to figure out a tattoo for my 40th (I tend to get a new one every decade) and thought about in relation to my efforts on weightloss and couldn't figure out what that would be or look like...I think this is an EXCELLENT idea and I have a few years to think on it before I get to the 40th birthday!  I still have about 30 lbs. to lose before I get to goal weight and I am at just over 7 months post-op and I do wonder about 2/3/4 years from now and the continuous struggle and accountability ahead of me.  I want to remind you that you are the BOMB for being so successful...I think the difference with skinny chicks too is that they recognize when life happens and grab themselves by their bootstraps and get back to basics...YOU are the SKINNY CHICK in this equation!  you are doing what skinny chicks do....they are accountable and get busy doing!

I went into this surgery knowing it's just a tool but I think a small part of me hoped that it will be a cure.  Well, like everyone else says, it doesn't fix your head! So the struggle and need for accountability I'm sorry to say, will be there for most of us for the rest of our lives.  Sucks but it's better than the alternative of being sick or dead. You're doing great and will be at goal before you know it! I wish I was still a few years away from 40 again but now 50 is looming!!

I seen your pics and you look nice,I'm also 4 11" like you and got sleeved on 11/5/13 HW 206, SW 194 CW 147 , and I'm happy with this weight I don't want to look too skinny. The thing is to feel happy  with how you feel and look.  I'll be 50 in a few months My goal is 140/135.   keep up the good work and do what makes you happy. Blessings
