Looking for good savory protein powder...

Like the idea of Unjury's chicken broth protein - was hoping to find locally ( or another comparable savory protein option) than to have to order direct and wait for shipping. Any suggestions of finds from Trader Joe's, Walmart, GNC or Vitamin Shoppe?

You could always get an unflavored kid and add it to broth. I was all about the Unjury broth pre-op and my stay at the hospital but as soon as I came home just the thought of it made me sick. If you got the unflavored you could add it to different things if you ended up being the same way. I couldn't find unjury anywhere except online and at my surgeons office though. :-( good luck with everything :-)

I did not like that brand

I just take unflavored protein and add it to  better than bullion that you can buy at Costco or Walmart

What unflavored protein do you use?  The only kind that I came across was 'Beneprotein' from Walmart but I didn't buy it because it was only 6 grams of protein per serving.

GNC has a 100% whey protein that is unflavored and I think it has 24 grams of protein in it.

Is there any after taste with the GNC protein?  If not, what is the brand? 

I tried Bariatric Fusion protein powder but it had a really bad metal after taste. 

I'm currently using Sun Warrior unflavored which is not too bad as long as you have a strong flavor to add it to.  Pretty much tastes like cardboard if not.   

 

To me there is no after taste. It generally becomes whatever you put it in. It is there beand of unflavored.
