I love my tummy tuck, I do.  But the inability to exercise for such an extended period has been rough.  Tonight, I used the treadmill at 3 miles per hour for an hour and a half, and for the most part no swelling.  Hopefully, I can do this regularly now.  I feel so much better after the walk! :)

That's great!  It sounds like recovery from PS is so much harder than from the initial surgery!

It hasn't been bad- just very, very slow.  I still cannot lift much of anything, and the doc said no weight training or anything for at least 6 months.  I believe him!  But, progress- being able to walk again longer distances is huge.  Hopefully I can handle a backpack during summer....

Hi! I am 2 weeks post op for my TT and going back to work. I feel great, like I could exercise now, but the swelling is such a bummer! When did your swelling stop?

Thanks and good luck!
