Frisco- Stir Fry Sunday

Came back from a bike ride and made this from stuff in the fridge.

Chicken, bells and mushrooms..... (forgot I had pencil asparagus)

This tastes better than the street food I past up on my bike.....!

That looks delicious.  What are your favorite stirfry seasonings?  No onions?  Do you use garlic?  Those are my favorite 2, never miss, stir fry items.

This one was very much an Asian Fusion experiment.....(recipe development for Cafe Frisco)

Garlic salt, pepper, Trader Joe's South African Smoke, sweet mesquite and sesame chili oil......

Nice smoky southwest flavor with a touch of Asia !

Think Asian Fajita !!!

I love onions also..... What's great about stir fry is that the combinations are endless..... I'm thinking a Peruvian slant next time....

There's nothing on this plate that I wouldn't eat! Looks delicious! Once I'm a year or two out, I look forward to experimenting with sleeve-friendly recipes!

That looks awesome! Do you do your stir fry in a wok or skillet?

Skillet is fine for VSG portions..... I do like a large size wok for larger preparations....

The key is HOT and lots of hot surface area for the ingredients.
