Shameful pictures
Next time someone comments on photos you feel good about sharing try one of these two tactics:
Offer to video blog your planned excursion to a nudist resort just for their pleasure. (Even if you would never do it... it's good giggles)
Or tell them to "BITE YOUR SIGNIFICANTLY SMALLER ASS!"
People get their knickers in a twist and try to impose their own feelings upon others all the time. That's what the delete button is for. ;-) Keep posting hun!

Lost 100 lbs in a year post op with a VSG.
Did you tell that womyn to go f*ck herself. I am positive that's what I would say if anyone said that to me about posting a real pic of what a real body looks like after wls. You look fabulous, if I looked that good I wouldn't of had plastics. Lets really freak her out.

Thanks! I would have preferred to have the 11.5k in my pocket (tummy tuck, neck lift, arm lift) instead of the plastic surgeons. But I was MO for 20 years with a body filled with stretch marks and I got what I got when I lost weight. I am not ashamed to show what the reality looks like, because if no one showed me I would have stayed ashamed and thought I was the only one with a body that was a mess. Believe me there is hope for those who need plastics, not everyone turns out as well as you did when they lost weight!
Well whoever she is she gonna hate the hell outta me when I reach goal because my pictures are going to be off the chain :-)

there's nothing shameful about posting a picture of yourself in a bikini. You have worked hard to be able to wear one, you ROCk it and have a darling figure. Please don't give in to people like that.......You are stunning! You deserve to flaunt your hard work! My gosh, she needs to zip it.
unwarranted and unasked for advice from some people is just a whole bunch of ridiculous!

What's important is that you know your intentions. You should be proud of what you have accomplished and wanting/allowing the obesityhelp family to be included in your success is great. It should be something which encourages and motivates. Everyone is not going to always appreciate your success or maybe some people just see the world differently and are much more conservative. Anyway what is important is that you do you and be true to yourself. Hope this helps.
