Yes, cauli mash really really comes pretty close to mashed potatoes..... freaky really....
Cauli rice..... not so much, yet!
Every time I try it gets better, but I'm holding off on posting about it because I think I just haven't gone down the right road with it yet....maybe being Asian I'm trying for something not attainable.
Here is one that's pretty good..... boiled in chicken stock than grated in a box grater.
I know if I flash fry it up in bacon grease it would taste better !!!!
The more I get into this..... real chefs have it kinda easy, just throw butter, bacon grease, duck fat or lard on it or flour and bread crumb it and deep fry it !!!!

Cauli mashed potatoes are unbelievably good. I searched through several different recipes, and my favorite uses Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese as the binder. I also added garlic to the boiling water for flavor. They are my favorite thing to eat!

Edit: Never mind!!! found it under "Dinner" (Roast Beef with Mashed Fauxtatoes - just in case anyone else was looking)!
