I'm only five days out, so I had:

 

B - 4oz vanilla protein powder and vanilla soymilk shake

L - same thing

D - 4oz pureed 2% cottage cheese

I'm working on my water, and my surgeon said not to do vitamins til my one week follow up next Tuesday to not overwork my tummy.

HW: 311 lbs. || CW (2/14): 290 lbs. ||  GW: 150 lbs.
