need more food variety
I suffered some diet fatigue about a month ago. Just lost my momentum and really struggled. Protein, protein, and more protein just wasn't doing it for me. Once I started adding in some salad and roasted veggies my diet became sufficiently diversified I started losing weight again. I guess I just had to get my head back in the game.
No- really- unless you are at goal, i would suggest you embrace dull- enjoy mundane- raise the-same-ol-same-ole to a state of glory and victory....Studies have shown that eating redundancy leads to weight loss--- that is what you are are into right at the moment- Right? loosing weight--getting to goal???? Attitude is everything- be thankful that your diet, for the moment, causes you NOT TO WANT TO EAT SO MUCH___ that's a good thing- right ? For so many years, I pursued the gastronomic nirvana-- and it took me -where-? to 345 #s .and I never did find it. Simple and plain---nutritious and healthy ... In the end, your focus is where you will end up-- What road do you want to travel?

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
I find paleo sites to have lots of great recipes that are sleeve friendly! I definitely need variety in my diet or I'll get bored and rebel. If I don't have variety, it's becomes not the lifestyle use of the word
