Surgery Yesterday!

Hey Everyone!!!!  I had my surgery yesterday and I am actually feeling pretty great!  Better than I thought I would.  I'm still in hospital for one more night. Just something my surgeon requires. I have been walking and they just brought me a tray about 1 hour ago, so I'm working on my meal! YUMMY!! LOL!! Actually its pretty AWESOME! Right now I'm sitting in a chair at a little table with my laptop waiting on hubby to get back from smoking so we can walk in the halls again. I wish anyone else thats within a few days of me luck!  We got this!!!

Congrats !  I had surgery on 6/2 and we discharged6/3  doing ok, sore  but having trouble getting all the fluid in.  I wish you good luck on your journey, I will have to try and follow 

Good luck to you gigi!!  I just got to start drinking a few hours ago.  So far so good!!

Thanks Kelly!!  I've been trying to keep the halls hot since they unhooked most everything! LOL!! And I'm sipping away!!

Congratulations!  They made me stay a second night too and I sure wish I hadn't had to.  The only thing I got to "eat" was a optifast shake and SF jello.  Sounds like you are doing everything right.
