I've been waiting for these picture posts!!!

I'm  thinking when you loose your 90% you should do the picture

with lower weights.10's, 5's,3's and 1's!!!

youll probably be fully obstructed!!

congratulations!! Your doing fantastic!!!

Thanks!

When I get to the 90%, I'm going to go to Costco and take a picture with the pounds lost in BUTTER.  A friend suggested that to me yesterday so that I could see the VOLUME of weight lost.  I think it's a great idea!  Might have to get buckets of lard too...don't know if Costco will have 200 pounds of butter on site! :/

you are wise to go for the "A" in this project.  No time better than now to do it. You look great and i love the pic with all those weights. How did we all carry that excess around?   Go for  the 90%. You CA N   do it.  diane

Thank you!  I wonder that all the time--how in the hell did I carry all that ON MY BODY?

90% is my benchmark and has been from the beginning.  All my docs and I agree that 100% EWL would not be good for me as it would make me look unhealthy and sick, and that with how my body is built, it may not even be possible.  I want to look healthy too, so I am good with 90% EWL. :)

OMG, Lee - look at you!!!  People who haven't seen your "before" picture need to go look at that to get a true sense of the incredible work you've done.  I'm so very proud of you and know without a doubt that you'll hit your goal.

So true!  I hadn't thought about making a composite with my starting pics.  I haven't made one of those in a while, so I might need to do that again soon. :)

Tracy, thank you so much for your continued encouragement. :)  It truly means a lot to me knowing there are lots of people out there who are supporting me!
