What does full feel like post op?

Are you sure that your plan doesn't call for you to stop eating after 20 minutes? that's a bit different than trying to finish your meal in 20 minutes. My plan called for us to stop eating after 30 minutes. If we couldn't finish our measured portions in 30 minutes you didn't get to keep going. Meal time was meal time and anything extending beyond the 30 minutes was considered grazing. Early out, I had many unfinished meals.

I've been trying to stretch them to 30 min. Worried about the eating to fast and getting negative feedback (and hoping for the brain sensation of full after 20 min).

I double checked my binder and it has no time limit specified. I'd wager a dollar my nut told me not to go past 20 min (only during this first month/first stages) something about if you can't get your couple of tablespoons in within 20 min, then your to full to keep eating...who knows maybe that was post op dreams while on pain meds.

But yes, I have been trying to, and plan to, keep my meals close to 30 min.
