My workout consisted of a 7 mile run in 60 minutes.

10 minutes elliptical warm-up, 30 minutes of lifting free weights and a 5 minute cool down on the elliptical.

5:15 am boot camp class burned 500 calories, I usually do 600 but they moved the workout inside due to a thunderstorm. I will hopefully go for a walk/run later, depending on how humid it is. I’m from Nebraska and there have been a lot of storms lately.

I was called into work early this morning, but I was able to work in a 3.5 mile run before I had to be there :)

  I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!

Just got home from work an hour ago ran upstairs got my workout gear on and ran outside ...3 miles of speed walking .... I can't wait to run its going to be awesome... I figure the faster I walk the sooner I'll be able to jog  I can't wait ...:-)

Started running this week. It's been a few months but now that I have to track exercise for my pre-op program I am determined! Did a 2 mile run/walk this morning. Felt great!
