Day 4 Pre-op Diet.  I'm surviving! 

Breakfast: 24oz Iced SF Vanilla Americano with splash of half and half

Lunch: Body Fortress Chocolate shake mixed with remaining Americano

Dinner: Lean Cuisine frozen meal of some type and small lettuce salad no dressing

Snacks: Another protein shake and a frosty I made with 1/2 chocolate protein shake, almond milk, water, ice and 1/2 T PB2

Lots of water.

Exercise: walk around the neighborhood while my little guy rides his bike/scooter and plays.

L - Chicken breast and asparagus

D - Ceasar chicken

Vitamins - good

Water - good

Exercise - iffy

L- 1/2 sunbutter and jelly sandwich

S- animal crackers

D- leftover cashew chicken

S- hummus and carrots
