Six month surgiversary with comparison pics

You look great.

I am almost 6 months out too and I am amazed at how fast it has gone by. I am off my cholesterol meds and feeling great.  Love the comments I get from co-workers that I have not seen in a while and from friends and family. This was the best decison I could have made.

Every time I look at a before/after pictures I always seem to think the same thing - you looked good before but you look wonderful now.  The improved health is one thing, but you can just see the relief and happiness in your face after the burden of the weight is lifted.  I wish you continued success!

WOW!! you go girl! You look awesome, I am at 8 1/2 weeks out and I have lost 42 pounds! I too am very happy with my decision to have this surgery. Keep up the good work, and keep us posted!

You can do it! It can be a struggle, but it is an exciting voyage! Especially the first few months!

Thank you! It's hard to find things on here, but I use instagram for alot of vsg support and every Tues I get to see tons of before/afters for #transformationtuesday. Lol. Really helps alot for motivation. :)
