Hi everyone today is my first month post-op and I so happy. I have had some setbacks and I was worried I would not make it . I am 22 pounds down and I am excited for my future!

Congrats, MsShawna! I am 4 days post-op. Not going to get weighed for a little while, they warned me the surgery could cause it to go up, and i don't want to see that!

Surgery Date: August 6, 2014. (Dr's Goal weight for me is set at 162~My Goal Weight is 145. (I think, will see how i feel at 162!)
