early morning snack: vanilla hazelnut Chike iced coffee protein shake
breakfast: curried oat groats with shiitake mushrooms, avocado & soft boiled egg
lunch: Chobani simply 100 peach yogurt
afternoon/post-workout snack: Fage plain Greek yogurt w/ chocolate stevia drops, PB2, sliced banana
dinner: bbq pulled chicken breast, roast broccoli
after dinner snack: hot coconut mocha protein shake
exercise: 45 minutes low impact aerobics
water - good, done for the day
vitamins - done except I can never find the right time to take my iron since I eat so much dairy.
