Eat Slower
I am not a fast eater, but I don't chew as thoroughly as I should. I found a free app called Eat Slower that I have been using for a couple of days and it has really helped me. I put my measured out portions on a small plate and use my baby spoon; I set my Eat Slower interval for 45 seconds. A bell rings and the scrren says BITE, and you take a bite, chew, chew, chew and swallow, then after 45 seconds the bell will ring again for another bite.
Has worked well for me so far. I am taking a lot longer to chew and savor my food.

Lmao me toooo ready set eat...... chew chew chew ok wait...... no eat and chew chew chew.... I too am a fast Eater and my hubby always reminds me i guess he's is kinda like that app!!! What ever works works... I did the baby spoon for while also. . And it does work!!! At least for me it did!!!
