Born and raised a Kansas City girl. Brought to my emotional knees in uncontrollable sobbing on Wednesday evening. Looking forward to next week! Congrats on another WS appearance for your Giants. So glad to be rid of those pesky Cardinals. I, for one, did NOT want another I-70 WS. Last time was bitter enough. Cardinal fans are brutally poor losers!

I lived in northern California for 18 years and was always a die-hard Giants fan. After living in the Midwest for the last 14 years I've been corralled into cheering for the Royals, both the pro team and the Triple A team that plays in our city (and frankly it was kind of pointless to cheer for them up until recently). So this World Series match-up presents something of a dilemma....

Go Giants for sure. Even though one of the Royals attended and played football at a local high school, I am still a die hard Giants & 49er fan. I may not live nearby anymore (grew up in Reno), but that doesn't mean that I can't cheer on my team. Just not with chips, hot dogs, and soda. Now it's meatballs, veggie trays, and protein shakes.
