Frisco- Grocery Store Lunch

I can't forget about the "little big people" (your words) as it is part of the "key"..... staying connected to the process.

You are very smart to be digging for the info !!!!...... that is also a "key"......

Searching out the ones that have "done it" is "key"...... this board has become all over the place.... yes there are several ways to do this with success, but there are many more ways to screw it up.

This is what I did...... no "magic", just the most common approach. Many programs have become much more liberal in both surgery and plans as they shoot for 50-60% EWL as success.

- 600 to 800 cals a day

- More than 70grams protein for women and more than 90 grams for men

- Less than 40 grams carbs

- More than 64oz fluids

- Move the ass for an hour a day on most days..... I lost 190lbs. by walking mostly.

Stay consistent..... no wig wagging..... never listen to the people that say to up your cals to lose weight...... (really????)

Check out Cafe Frisco at LapSF.com ..... that is my food blog on my surgeons website, all concepts are approved by my surgeon and registered dietician with nutritional evaluation by my RD also.

My self imposed guidelines for this blog are meals that are about 200cals or less and less than 10 grams carbs and protein centric.

Also search this site with keyword "Frisco" to see many more meal concepts on how I eat.

In a nutshell this graphic shows the "key" as "I" know it, I'm not telling you or anyone what to do..... you asked !!!!

Hope this helps !!!

If I know I'm going to have to eat faster than normal...... I eat less than normal.

Nice tip!  I've not seen this one before and I can see it being helpful to keep in mind for the times when I know that I'm going to be eating on the go.  Lunch looks good, too.

How refreshing !!!

Someone like yourself (not surprised) that can actually pick up on the content of a message instead of a background to a photo !!!!

I actually have more on the concept of variables on how fast or slow you eat..... not ready for primetime quite yet.

Keep us posted.  Slowing down is probably my hardest challenge.
