My dinner late late late last night.

Super simple and super tasty !!!

Fast and on plan..... 10 minute meal.

That looks amazing! I never really liked zucchini but I grew it in my garden this year. OMG! I would toast little coins of baby zucchini in a hot skillet. Where have you been all my life!? Plus I love zucchini noodles. Can't wait until I can eat those again, hope it's by next summer when my garden is producing!

Wow that looks fantastic! !! And honestly I'm not a pork chop fan .. I think that's because I always seen to over cook it!!! But that looks so taste and moist!!! :-)
