Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? - Friday, Friday, Friday
I love Friday. It's turned into an easy day for me since I've "only" got Tai Chi and Pilates. At this point of the week, I really start feeling like I've earned my Saturday rest day.
1: frankenshake
2: corned beef
3: grilled steaks, roasted broccoli
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 60 minutes tai chi, 60 minutes pilates

It was 32 here when I woke up. BRRRR. I'm glad it's not a running day for me. Although I'm running on Sunday and it doesn't look like it'll be much warmer.

I usually don't plan ahead of time what I'll be eating or what exercise I'll do, it really depends on my mood/day, but since I track & write down what I eat & the exercise I do so far it looks like:
B Chike
L Grilled chicken strips
D Sliced beef/chicken salad
S cheese, popcorn(popcornopolis), way too addicting:)
W on track
V on track
E looks like 60-70 min exercise bike at gym, 10-30 min treadmill(depending on how well my knee holds up), 10-15 min weights
